I AM SHE

BLACK MAGIC…

As a little girl I was...well...a girl in every sense of the word.  I loved to play, sing, dance, pose and put on shows:)  All my life my mom tells the story of how I use to sit perched on my "rock" and comb my hair with a fork mimicking my then idol Ariel from Disney's "The Little Mermaid".  It was then I believe, where my love and fascination for hair was born.  I'd later trade the fiction for non-fiction and swore I was Aaliyah.  I'd style my friends just to put on a show for family members always being sure to have my hair covering my eye just as she did.  I'd pester my mom to make my hair "stringy" in my terms; basically meaning as straight as she could get it!  "Go head' "Black Magic"! My dad would shout out every time right before my performances.  It was then, my personality was signed sealed and delivered!  I was going to be somebody!  Somebody multi-dimensional.  By the grace of God I am just that.  I am she.  I am...Bizehoneybee.
